Medway Register Office is in the Rochester Corn Exchange.  There is a lovely garden area to the side of the venue for photo opportunities and you also have the High Street and Rochester Castle only a few minutes walk.  All of Rochester is a Heritage area so no confetti throwing is allowed anywhere.  Bubbles are allowed though as a pleasant alternative.  The castle and High Street area are home to many festivals and other activities so it is worth checking what is on during the weekend you have you date set for.
